- 1 teaspoon dried Whalewort (Erva-baleeira) leaves
- 300 ml hot water
- 1 mint leaf (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until almost boiling.
- 2. Turn off heat.
- 3. Add Whalewort and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve warm.
Notes
