Ingredients

  • 1 liter water
  • 4 Green Tea bags
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced very thin
  • Ice to taste
  • Extra mint, lemon, and cucumber for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil water and turn off.
  2. 2. Add tea bags and mint, steep for about 5 minutes, remove bags.
  3. 3. Strain to remove mint.
  4. 4. Transfer to pitcher, mix honey and lemon juice while warm.
  5. 5. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until very cold.
  6. 6. Add cucumber slices, let sit 10 minutes to flavor.
  7. 7. Serve with ice and garnish if desired.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine: 1–3 glasses/day, avoid at night. People with hypertension, arrhythmia, anxiety, or gastritis should moderate. Honey not for infants under 1 year. Keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
