Ingredients

  • 180 ml water
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag (or common black tea)
  • 180 ml milk (dairy or plant)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon edible dried lavender (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil water, turn off.
  2. 2. Add tea bag, steep for 5 mins, remove.
  3. 3. Heat milk (do not boil), mix vanilla and froth well.
  4. 4. Pour tea in mug, top carefully with frothed milk.
  5. 5. Sprinkle lavender on foam if desired, serve.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine: generally 1 serving/day for mild stimulation, and it is best avoided at night if sensitive. People with hypertension, arrhythmia, anxiety, gastritis, reflux, or caffeine sensitivity should moderate intake. Contains milk and lactose unless adapted. Use only a small amount of food-grade lavender and avoid essential oils. Watch sugar in syrup.
