Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried Valerian root, chopped, or 1 bag
- 300 ml water
- 1 small piece orange peel, colored part only, optional
Preparation
- 1. Put water and Valerian in a pot on heat.
- 2. When it boils, lower heat and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 3. Turn off heat, add orange peel, and steep for 5 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. May cause drowsiness, so do not drive. Do not mix with alcohol. People using sedatives or antidepressants must consult a professional. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid it.
