Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Rooibos
- 1 teaspoon Cacao shell (food grade)
- 250 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Bring water to boil.
- 2. Turn off, add Rooibos and Cacao shell.
- 3. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. If very sensitive to stimulants, use little cacao and avoid at night. Pregnant/nursing: moderate and consult professional. Use food-grade cacao shell.
