  • 250 ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Bring water to boil.
  2. 2. Turn off, add Rooibos and Cacao shell.
  3. 3. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink warm.

Notes

Adult use. If very sensitive to stimulants, use little cacao and avoid at night. Pregnant/nursing: moderate and consult professional. Use food-grade cacao shell.
