- 1 teaspoon roasted Mate herb
- 1 thin ginger slice
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Heat water with ginger until almost boiling.
- 2. Turn off, add Mate and steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink.
