Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 small fresh sprig)
- 250 ml hot water
- 1 strip of lemon peel (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until almost boiling.
- 2. Turn off heat.
- 3. Add rosemary (and lemon peel) and steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve warm.
Notes
Adult use. Avoid in pregnant/nursing women without guidance. People with uncontrolled hypertension, history of seizures/epilepsy, or on continuous medication should consult a professional before regular consumption. Avoid excess and daily prolonged use.
