- 1 tablespoon dried Hibiscus
- 1/2 sliced apple
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 700 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil the water and turn off heat.
- 2. Add hibiscus, apple, and cinnamon.
- 3. Steep for 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm or iced.
Notes
Adult use. Hibiscus may slightly lower blood pressure, so use caution if you have low BP or take antihypertensives. Cinnamon may irritate reflux or gastritis. Pregnant or nursing women and those trying to conceive should avoid frequent hibiscus use without guidance.
