Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water until warm (no need to boil).
  2. 2. Add psyllium and stir rapidly for 10-15 seconds.
  3. 3. Drink immediately, before it thickens too much.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice for flavor if desired.
  5. 5. Drink an extra glass of plain water afterward.

Notes

Adult use. Essential to drink plenty of water throughout the day when using psyllium. People with swallowing difficulties, bowel obstruction, or fecal impaction history must avoid. May interfere with medication absorption: take 2 hours apart. Pregnant/nursing women should consult a professional.
