Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water until almost boiling.
  2. 2. Turn off heat.
  3. 3. Add Porangaba and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and add lemon when warm if desired.

Notes

Adult use. May have diuretic or stimulant effects. Avoid if hypertensive, arrhythmic, anxious, or sensitive to stimulants, and do not use at night. People with kidney issues or on diuretics/lithium should consult a professional.
