Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple cubed
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 700 ml water
- Mint leaves, optional
Preparation
- 1. Boil water with pineapple for 8 minutes.
- 2. Turn off heat and steep for 5 minutes.
- 3. Strain, wait to cool slightly, and add lemon juice.
- 4. Serve warm or iced, and add mint if desired.
Notes
