Ingredients

- 250 ml water (75–80°C)
Preparation
- 1. Heat water to approx 75°C (small bubbles, before boiling).
- 2. Place White Tea leaves in cup or infuser.
- 3. Pour hot water over leaves and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve immediately to ensure freshness.
Notes
