Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger slices
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 500ml water
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs or pieces
- Honey (optional)
Preparation
- 1. In 500ml water, boil ginger and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
- 2. Turn off heat.
- 3. Add cacao and steep for 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve warm.
- 5. Sweeten with honey if desired.
Notes
Adult use. Generally 1–2 cups/day, avoiding at night if sensitive to stimulants.
