Preparation

  2. 2. Add Yerba Mate to a gourd or mug.
  3. 3. Pour water and wait 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Leaves can be reused up to 3 times.

Notes

Adult use. Up to 2 to 3 cups a day, and avoid it at night. People with hypertension, arrhythmia, anxiety, gastritis, reflux, or caffeine sensitivity should use it moderately and may need medical advice. Avoid very hot drinks. Pregnant or nursing women should limit caffeine.
