Ingredients

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 Black Tea bag
  • 150 ml milk (or plant milk)
  • 1 small pinch grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil water and turn off.
  2. 2. Add tea, steep for 4-5 minutes, and remove bag.
  3. 3. Heat milk without boiling and mix cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. 4. Pour tea into the mug, add hot milk, and sweeten.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine, so avoid it at night if sensitive. People with hypertension, gastritis, reflux, or caffeine sensitivity should reduce intake. Nutmeg must be used only in a very small pinch. Pregnant or nursing women and children should avoid it.
