Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Guarana powder
  • 250ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water to 70–80°C.
  2. 2. Turn off heat.
  3. 3. Mix in guarana powder until dissolved.
  4. 4. Drink immediately. No need to strain.

Notes

Adult use. Use small amounts, such as 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, and avoid repeated doses. Avoid it at night. Contraindicated or requires strong caution in uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, intense anxiety, insomnia, gastritis, or ulcers. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a doctor. Not for children.
