- 350 ml water
- 1 small piece vanilla bean (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Crush or bruise beans lightly (for better extraction).
- 2. Boil the water.
- 3. Add Green Coffee and simmer on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 4. Turn off, steep for 5 minutes.
- 5. Strain and serve warm.
Notes
