  • 1 thin ginger slice
  • 250 ml hot water
  • 1 lemon slice (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water to approx 80°C.
  2. 2. Add tea and ginger, steep 3-4 mins.
  3. 3. Strain or remove bag.
  4. 4. Finish with lemon if desired.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine, so avoid it at night if sensitive. People with gastritis, reflux, anxiety, hypertension, or arrhythmias should use it in moderation. Pregnant or nursing women and minors should consult a professional.
