Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (very little)
- 1 teaspoon fresh Mint (optional)
- 300 ml hot water
Preparation
- 1. Add Rosemary (and mint, if using) to cup.
- 2. Pour hot water and steep for 6 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Avoid in pregnancy and epilepsy cases. Use sparingly (rosemary is strong). If reflux exists, reduce mint or avoid.
