  • 250 ml hot water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Add Mallow to cup.
  2. 2. Pour hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and add honey when warm.

Notes

Adult use. If fever, strong pain, pus, shortness of breath, or symptoms for more than 3 days occur, seek care. Pregnant/nursing women should consult a professional. Mallow may reduce medication absorption: take it 2 hours apart from medicines. Honey is not for infants under 1 year.
