- 1 teaspoon Mallow
- 250 ml hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Add Mallow to cup.
- 2. Pour hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
- 3. Strain and add honey when warm.
Notes
Adult use. If fever, strong pain, pus, shortness of breath, or symptoms for more than 3 days occur, seek care. Pregnant/nursing women should consult a professional. Mallow may reduce medication absorption: take it 2 hours apart from medicines. Honey is not for infants under 1 year.
