- 250 ml hot water, almost boiling
- Honey or lemon, optional
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until almost boiling.
- 2. Turn off heat.
- 3. Add Linden and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve warm.
