Ingredients

  • 350 ml water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 to 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil water with cinnamon for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Turn off and rest for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and cool slightly.
  4. 4. Mix lemon and honey if desired.
  5. 5. Drink warm after meals.

Notes

Adult use. Lemon is acidic and may irritate gastritis or reflux. Cinnamon may irritate sensitive people. Honey is not for infants under 1 year. If severe pain or persistent symptoms occur, seek care.
