Ingredients
- 250 ml water
- 1 garlic clove peeled and crushed
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Boil water with garlic for 3-5 minutes.
- 2. Turn off and rest for 5 minutes.
- 3. Strain and cool slightly.
- 4. Mix honey and lemon if using, then drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. Honey is not for infants under 1 year. Garlic and lemon may cause heartburn. People using anticoagulants or preparing for surgery should avoid garlic tea. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional. If high fever, breathing issues, chest pain, or persistent symptoms occur, seek care.
