Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried Echinacea root
- 250ml boiling water
Preparation
- 1. Put water and Echinacea in pot.
- 2. Simmer on low heat 10-12 mins.
- 3. Turn off, steep 5-8 mins.
- 4. Strain and drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid it without guidance. People with autoimmune conditions, using immunosuppressants, or allergic to Asteraceae should avoid it. Use for a short period, such as 7 to 10 days. Stop if any allergic reaction occurs.
