Ingredients

  • 240 ml Spiced Black Tea concentrate (strong)
  • Ice to taste
  • 160 ml milk
  • For Pumpkin Foam:
  • 60 ml heavy cream
  • 30 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin spice mix

Preparation

  1. 1. Reduce tea by boiling for 5 minutes if desired, then cool.
  2. 2. Mix cold tea, ice, and milk in a cup.
  3. 3. Whip foam ingredients until creamy.
  4. 4. Pour foam over the drink, sprinkle spices, and serve.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine, so moderate use is recommended. People with hypertension, arrhythmia, anxiety, gastritis, reflux, or caffeine sensitivity should reduce intake. Contains dairy. Nutmeg should be used only in a minimal culinary pinch. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid it. Stop if discomfort occurs.
