Ingredients

  • 700 ml water
  • 2 Green Tea bags (or 1 tbsp)
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 6-8 thin cucumber slices
  • 1 thin ginger slice
  • Ice to taste

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water to approx 80°C.
  2. 2. Steep green tea for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove bags or strain.
  4. 4. Cool and refrigerate until very cold.
  5. 5. Add cucumber, mint, and ginger to a pitcher.
  6. 6. Pour tea in and let it aromatize 20 to 40 minutes in the fridge.
  7. 7. Serve with ice.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine, so avoid it at night if sensitive. Mint may worsen reflux. Ginger requires caution in gastritis or with anticoagulants. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional. Consume within 24 hours.
