- 1 teaspoon roasted Mate herb
- 1 teaspoon Lemongrass
- 300 ml water (80–90°C)
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until very hot, without boiling hard.
- 2. Add Mate and Lemongrass.
- 3. Steep for 4 to 6 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Contains caffeine: avoid after 4pm if insomnia prone. Caution in hypertension, anxiety, and gastritis. Pregnant/nursing women should limit caffeine and consult a professional.
