Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried Hibiscus
- 1 teaspoon Rosehip (dried fruit)
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil Rosehip for 5 minutes.
- 2. Turn off, add Hibiscus and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Hibiscus may lower pressure in some. Pregnant/nursing: avoid. Moderate if stomach is sensitive to acidic drinks.
