Preparation

  2. 2. Turn off, add Hibiscus and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and drink.

Notes

Adult use. Hibiscus may lower pressure in some. Pregnant/nursing: avoid. Moderate if stomach is sensitive to acidic drinks.
