Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried Hibiscus
- Peels of 1/2 apple (washed well)
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Put apple peels and water on heat.
- 2. When boiling, keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
- 3. Turn off, add Hibiscus and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm or cold.
Notes
Adult use. Hibiscus may lower pressure in some; caution if you have low BP. Pregnant/nursing: avoid. If persistent swelling occurs, seek professional help.
