  • 1 teaspoon dried Hibiscus
  • Peels of 1/2 apple (washed well)
  • 300 ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Put apple peels and water on heat.
  2. 2. When boiling, keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn off, add Hibiscus and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink warm or cold.

Notes

Adult use. Hibiscus may lower pressure in some; caution if you have low BP. Pregnant/nursing: avoid. If persistent swelling occurs, seek professional help.
