- 1 teaspoon Green Tea
- 1 to 2 thin ginger slices
- 250 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Put ginger and water on heat until almost boiling.
- 2. Turn off and wait 2 mins (water approx 80°C).
- 3. Add Green Tea and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Contains caffeine: avoid at night, in insomnia/anxiety, uncontrolled hypertension, or arrhythmias. May reduce iron absorption if taken with meals. Pregnant women should limit caffeine and consult a professional.
