Ingredients
- 1 medium ginger slice
- 250 ml hot water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 8 to 12 drops of Propolis extract
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until almost boiling, turn off, and add ginger.
- 2. Steep for 8 minutes.
- 3. Strain, cool slightly, and mix in lemon and propolis.
- 4. Sweeten if desired.
Notes
Adult use. Propolis may cause allergy. Avoid it if you have a history of sensitivity to bee products. People using anticoagulants, pregnant or nursing women, and those with chronic conditions should consult a professional.
