- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil ginger for 4 minutes.
- 2. Turn off, add chamomile and steep for 7 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink in small sips.
Notes
Adult use. Caution in active gastritis or ulcer and with anticoagulants. Avoid if allergic to Asteraceae. If vomiting persists, blood appears, severe pain occurs, or there is dehydration, seek care. Pregnant women should use small amounts of ginger and consult a professional.
