Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried horsetail
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- 500ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil the water.
- 2. Turn off heat and add horsetail and mint.
- 3. Steep for 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink up to 2 cups/day for short cycles, with a break before repeating.
