Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon balm leaves
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 500ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil the water.
  2. 2. Turn off heat and add herbs and ginger.
  3. 3. Steep for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink 2 to 3 cups throughout the day.
  5. 5. Start 3 to 5 days before PMS usually appears.

Notes

Adult use. Generally, up to 2–3 cups/day for a few days before and during PMS are sufficient. Do not use if pregnancy is suspected without medical guidance. People with hormonal disorders, on contraceptives, anticoagulants, GI diseases, or plant allergies should consult a doctor.
