  2. 2. Turn off heat and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and sweeten when warm.

Notes

Adult use. Turmeric requires caution in gastritis and with anticoagulants. Cinnamon may also irritate sensitive people. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid it without guidance.
