- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- 250 ml water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Boil cinnamon and clove for 6 minutes.
- 2. Turn off and steep for 8 minutes.
- 3. Strain and add honey when warm.
Notes
Adult use. Caution in gastritis or reflux. Caution with anticoagulants and in liver disease if using cinnamon frequently. Pregnant women should avoid frequent or high amounts. Use occasionally.
