Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water until almost boiling.
  2. 2. Turn off heat.
  3. 3. Add Lemon Balm and steep for 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink warm.

Notes

Adult use. Usually 1–2 cups/day. Avoid mixing with alcohol or sedatives. Pregnant or nursing women, children, and people on medications should consult a professional. Avoid driving if drowsy.
