- 1 teaspoon lemon peel (colored part only)
- 250 ml water (75–80°C)
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until hot, not boiling.
- 2. Add White Tea and peel.
- 3. Infuse for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Contains caffeine: moderation in insomnia/anxiety and hypertension. Caution in reflux (citrus). Avoid with iron-rich meals.
