  • 1 tablespoon dried Green Tea leaves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 500 ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Heat water to approx 80°C. Do not boil.
  2. 2. Add green tea and steep for 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and wait to cool slightly.
  4. 4. Mix in lemon juice.
  5. 5. Drink iced or at room temperature.

Notes

Adult use. Contains caffeine, so avoid it at night if sensitive. Lemon may irritate gastritis or reflux. People with hypertension, arrhythmia, anxiety, or who use continuous medication should moderate intake. It does not replace sunscreen or dermatological care.
