- 1 teaspoon Lemon Balm
- Colored peel of 1/3 orange (no white part)
- 250 ml hot water
Preparation
- 1. Place Lemon Balm and peel in cup.
- 2. Pour hot water and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink.
Notes
Adult use. Caution in reflux/heartburn. May enhance drowsiness if used with sedatives, anxiolytics, or alcohol. In thyroid disorders or with thyroid medication, avoid prolonged use without guidance. Pregnant/nursing: consult professional.
