Excellent

Summary

Passion fruit tea, fruity and soft, great for hydrating with flavor.

Warm fruity drink that may favor comfort via ritual. Traditional calming effects are linked to Passionflower leaves, not pulp or peel. It does not replace medical advice.

Ingredients

  • Pulp of 1/2 passion fruit
  • 1 small strip of washed peel (optional)
  • 250 ml water

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil the water.
  2. 2. If using peel, cook it on low heat for 5 minutes and turn off.
  3. 3. Add pulp and or cooked peel and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink warm.

Notes

Adult use. Wash peel very well and prefer pesticide-free fruit. Avoid excess sugar. For a more herbal calming effect, prefer Passionflower leaves when safe for you.
