Ingredients
- Pulp of 1/2 passion fruit
- 1 small strip of washed peel (optional)
- 250 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil the water.
- 2. If using peel, cook it on low heat for 5 minutes and turn off.
- 3. Add pulp and or cooked peel and steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. Wash peel very well and prefer pesticide-free fruit. Avoid excess sugar. For a more herbal calming effect, prefer Passionflower leaves when safe for you.
