Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Cacao shell (food grade)
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 300 ml water
Preparation
- 1. Boil cinnamon in water for 6 minutes.
- 2. Turn off, add Cacao shell and steep for 8 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink warm.
Notes
Adult use. If sensitive to stimulants, use little cacao and avoid at night. Caution in gastritis. Pregnant/nursing: moderate and consult professional.
