Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried Muira Puama (shreds/bark)
- 450 ml water
- Honey (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Place water on heat and, when boiling, add Muira Puama.
- 2. Simmer on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 3. Turn off, steep for 5 minutes.
- 4. Strain and serve warm (sweeten if desired when warm).
Notes
Adult use. Can be stimulating for some: avoid at night if sensitive. Use with caution in uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, severe anxiety, panic, or bipolar disorder. Avoid with antidepressants or other stimulants. Pregnant/nursing women should avoid without guidance.
