Tea Berry Breeze
Fresh & Vibrant C
Summary
A fruity and light Acerola tea with a mint touch, perfect for days you want care without heaviness.
Benefits
May contribute to nutritional support due to vitamin C naturally present in Acerola. It does not replace medical care.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh Acerola cherries, or 2 tbsp pulp
- 250 ml hot water, not boiling
- 4 to 6 mint leaves, optional
Preparation
- 1. Heat water until hot without boiling, turn off, and add Acerola. Crush slightly if whole.
- 2. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 3. Strain, add mint for 1 minute, and serve warm.
Notes
Adult use. Avoid boiling the fruit to preserve compounds better. People with gastritis or reflux may prefer it warm and without excess. Pregnant or nursing women and people using medications should consult a professional.
