Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. 1. Boil water with cinnamon and cloves for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Turn off and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and wait to cool slightly.
  4. 4. Add lemon and honey.

Notes

Adult use. Cinnamon and clove may irritate reflux or gastritis. Lemon is acidic. Honey is not for infants under 1 year. If symptoms persist, seek guidance.
