Ingredients
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 250 ml water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
- 1. Boil water with cinnamon and cloves for 5 minutes.
- 2. Turn off and steep for 5 minutes.
- 3. Strain and wait to cool slightly.
- 4. Add lemon and honey.
Notes
Adult use. Cinnamon and clove may irritate reflux or gastritis. Lemon is acidic. Honey is not for infants under 1 year. If symptoms persist, seek guidance.
