Preparation

- 3. Strain and drink 1 to 2 cups throughout the day, preferably by late afternoon.
Notes
Adult use. Prefer Catuaba from a reliable supplier. Can be stimulating: avoid at night if sensitive. Use with caution in hypertension, arrhythmias, heart disease, severe anxiety, panic, or bipolar disorder. Avoid if using antidepressants or other stimulants. Pregnant/nursing women should avoid.
