  • 300 ml hot water

Preparation

  2. 2. Pour hot water and steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain and drink after the meal.

Notes

Adult use. Avoid during pregnancy and in epilepsy cases. Caution in gastritis. Use in small amounts (rosemary is strong).
