Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves (very little)
- Colorful peel of 1/4 lemon
- 300 ml hot water
Preparation
- 1. Place rosemary and peel in the cup.
- 2. Pour hot water and steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 3. Strain and drink after the meal.
Notes
Adult use. Avoid during pregnancy and in epilepsy cases. Caution in gastritis. Use in small amounts (rosemary is strong).
