- 250ml boiling water
Preparation
- 1. Boil the water.
- 2. Add chamomile flowers to boiling water.
- 3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
- 4. Strain and drink warm, preferably 30 minutes before bed.
Notes
Adult use. Generally, up to 2–3 cups a day are considered adequate. Pregnant/nursing women should consult a health professional. Avoid if allergic to Asteraceae plants. May potentiate anticoagulants — use with guidance if on continuous medication.
