Preparation

  3. 3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Strain and drink warm, preferably 30 minutes before bed.

Notes

Adult use. Generally, up to 2–3 cups a day are considered adequate. Pregnant/nursing women should consult a health professional. Avoid if allergic to Asteraceae plants. May potentiate anticoagulants — use with guidance if on continuous medication.
